Ray Bushnell – Chief Executive Officer

Ray is the Chief Executive Officer. His career in the civil construction, mining and plant hire sectors spans over 28 years. He has been involved in many facets of civil construction, from maintaining & operating heavy machinery to CEO, including asset management, civil construction, quarrying & mining (alluvial and hard rock) and managing multi-million dollar projects. Ray’s leadership brings strength and strategic focus towards business/productivity/safety improvement and culture change. Ray plays a very hands on role in the business.

Tom Edmondson - Chief Financial Officer

Professional Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in financial management throughout various industries within Australia.

Luke Mateljan - General Manager (Central)

Over six years of specialist plant support experience servicing the Mining and Resources Industries throughtout metro and remote Western Australia.

 

Anthony Campbell – Plant Manager

15 years experience in mining industry, including 10 years with a Caterpillar dealer. Anthony has also worked in the road construction industry. This broad background has helped him develop strong Asset Management skills.

Andrew Bishop – Area Manager

Andrew’s had 11 years of experience in the general hire industry and 9 years in the supply of open cut mining equipment.  This has provided Andrew with a solid understanding of the hire industry from all aspects and the necessary requirements as a service provider to understand and satisfy customer requirements from all levels of business.

Lachlan Green – Crushing & Screening Manager

Lachlan has been in the Quarry, Mining, Civil, Construction, Building Industry for 24 years. He has from the ground up experience in all facets of Greenfields, Brownfields Projects, Quarry, Mine Management, OHS Legislation, DMP Environmental,  Licensing Approvals, Indigenous Relations, Quarantine of Raw materials, Pit Development, Load and Haul, Crushing, Screening, Drill and Blast within some of the most culturally sensitive areas in Australia. Different materials mined, quarried include, Nickel, Gold, Iron Ore, Copper, Basalt, Quarts, Limestone, Granite. 
 

Kelvin Kennard – Project Manager

Kelvin has 10 years' experience in the mining industry specialising in crushing and screening in remote sites. For the past 4 years Kelvin has been project manager on blue chip mining leases with a number of different products from limestone, iron ore, manganese, gold and hard rock.

Cindy Bradford – Human Resources Manager

Cindy has over 15 years Human Resources and training experience, in both strategic and operational areas. Cindy is responsible for all matters relating to the employment, development and well-being of all staff.

Bob Harrison – Safety Manager

Bob is a Senior HSE Manager with over 18 years' experience in the management of HSE, in State & National roles. Key role functions are facilitation, coordination, development, maintenance, & review of HSE management / business systems & processes in order to continually improve HSE performance.
