It comes with great pride, that Western Plant Hire has been awarded the Nullagine Gold Project for Millennium Minerals.

WPH will be suppling a fully maintained solution for three mining Load/Haul Fleets, crusher feed and all ancillary equipment. This 3 + 2 year contract underpins Western Plant Hires growth profile, and targeted diversity into long term projects and other resources types.

This, along with our Dampier, Cadia and Crushing Projects is significantly improving our profile in the industry, and greater strengthening our position as a market leader as a professional mining solutions provider.

OPERATORS & MAINTAINERS NEEDED

Western Plant Hire are a well-established Mining services provider. The business operates throughout Australia, with offices in Perth, Kalgoorlie and Karratha. We are a client focused organisation with a strong track record of successful delivery of contracts in mining, crushing & screening and bulk handling projects.

 We are proud to announce we have secured a 3 year contract to supply fully maintained mining equipment to Millennium Minerals at their Nullagine Gold Operation.

Western Plant Hire invites expressions of interest for the following positions:

OPERATORS:

• Excavator Operators (PC850 & PC1250)
• Truck Drivers (CAT 740 Artics & 777D’s)
• Dozer/Grader Operators (14H’s & D9T’s)
• Water Cart Operators (6 Wheel Hinos)
• All Rounder’s

MAINTAINERS:

• Heavy Duty Plant Mechanics
• Heavy Duty Auto Electricians
• Boilermakers
• Servicemen

Relevant licenses and previous experience in a mining environment is required. 

We have a total of 38 vacancies on a FIFO basis (2 weeks on, 1 week off). Operations are based at Millennium Mineral’s Gold Operation in Nullagine, Western Australia, commencing in March & April 2012.
